OOH Media Design

Below are examples of client production artwork and conceptual mockups developed across a range of projects. Each piece is created through a considered process that balances visual exploration with clear communication objectives, ensuring strong composition and effective messaging. The work spans both finished production pieces and early-stage concepts, reflecting adaptability across different client needs and formats. Together, these examples demonstrate an approach grounded in purposeful, well-resolved design solutions.

Programmatic Design

For these projects, I developed editable mock-up templates and designed dynamic, localized content systems intended to enhance user engagement across a range of digital out-of-home platforms. Each design was created through a structured process that emphasizes clarity, adaptability, and real-time relevance, incorporating elements such as sponsored content, live mapping, movie showtimes, current weather updates, active countdowns, and real-time sports scores. These components were thoughtfully integrated to ensure the information remains timely, accessible, and contextually responsive to its environment. In addition, the designs prioritize flexibility and scalability, enabling easy updates across locations and use cases. Together, these works demonstrate a considered approach to combining functional information delivery with engaging, dynamic visual design.

Brand Identity Design

In my brand identity work, I developed visual systems across a range of projects, including spearheading the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines for the Office of the County Engineer to establish a cohesive and consistent identity system.

Each project was developed through a thoughtful design process that begins with research and conceptual development and extends to the careful application of logo design, color palettes, typography, and supporting graphic elements.

For The Hemingway, a bookstore/café, I created a logo, curated a color palette, and designed packaging inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of literary spaces, incorporating a quill icon and layered textural elements drawn from Ernest Hemingway’s writing. In another project, I developed the branding for the College of Liberal Arts Staff Leadership Academy, using a blue palette to convey trust and stability, and a mark that combines an inward-facing arrow with a circular form to symbolize growth within a supportive community.

Together, these works demonstrate a structured and intentional approach to building cohesive brand identities that balance conceptual development with functional application across different organizational contexts.

Visual Storytelling

This series of editorial illustrations and cover designs, created for print and digital media, addresses key themes such as political engagement, big data, and Latino studies.

The political artworks feature striking imagery related to the 2020 election, while the big data illustration depicts the complexities of our digital world in connection with law enforcement. The Latino studies pieces celebrate cultural diversity through vivid landscape motifs, encouraging conversations about identity and representation.

Additionally, the collection includes examples of illustrations made for packaging, marketing, and editorial purposes, demonstrating versatility across various visual contexts. Collectively, these works showcase both expressive and practical ways of conveying modern ideas.

Print Design

This series of print designs, created for a range of institutional and marketing needs, demonstrates versatility across formats including annual reports, dean’s reports, magazines, business cards, and programs. Each piece is developed through a thoughtful design process that begins with establishing clear, effective layouts and extends to the careful selection of photography, typography, and iconography. Every element is carefully considered to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual impact while aligning with the organization's identity. In addition, these designs balance aesthetic appeal with practical communication goals, supporting both readability and engagement. Together, these works highlight both expressive and functional approaches to representing established entities through print.
