Staff Leadership Academy

For this project, I was in charge of creating the branding for the College of Liberal Arts Staff Leadership Academy.

The inspiration and color palette behind the logo/brand was based on the overall importance of the staff. The program was created to help the staff who enroll develop personally and professionally.

Blue tones help create a sense of security and trust in the community. Which is why they were selected for the project. The logo is also shaped in that of an arrow pointing inwards to a circle, which represents the individual, relating back to the importance of the staff. Yet, once put all together to create the circular logo, it still focuses on the individual but also displaying a sense of community.
